App questions: email cheehongxu@gmail.com. We usually reply within a few working days. Berani cannot act on bullying reports; please use the routes below.
Is Berani an emergency service? No. Call 999 if you are in danger.
Where are my cases stored? Only on your phone. We have no copy. Deleting the app deletes them.
What does the AI see? Only what you choose to send: a voice recording (turned into text, then deleted), the text of what happened, up to 3 screenshots, . Our server does not keep them. Your IC number and address are never sent or saved.
How do I report to the Tribunal for Anti-bully? Berani helps you prepare; you report through the Tribunal's official portal, tab.bheuu.gov.my. For bullying at school, tell the school's anti-bully committee first and ask the school for Lampiran A. Berani then fills in Borang 1 from your record, ready to copy into e-TAB or print. For questions about your case, ask the Tribunal through Tanya Kami or call 03-2271 1000.
How do I move to a new phone? Make a Borang 1 PDF of your record and keep it safely. Records do not sync between phones.
I used the old Berani. Where are my reports? Version 3 moves them into a case called "Saved reports from the old Berani".
